I had a bad day today, which means, I don't want to have a bad day tomorrow. There are a couple ways you can mitigate the chance of having 2 bad days in a row such as getting a good night's sleep, working out in the morning (ha!), or taking a bunch of vitamin D. These MIGHT work, but the only 100% foolproof way that I really trust is to google image search baby pandas right before you go to bed.
